This series consists of a report of the collection of debts in full made by the commissioners of the Branch Bank. Included are the county name, the date of collection, the name of the debtor, the good, bad, doubtful, or unknown amount of the debt, when the note was due, amount the commissioner was paid for the collection, and how the debt was settled. Also included may be the note number and the principle, interest and cost of the good, bad, or doubtful debt. The method of settlement includes: by cash, by previous payment, by new note or balance on old, or by profit and loss.
